Its Charlie 30-inch induction range combines a four-zone induction cooktop, convection oven and rechargeable battery that supplies additional power during cooking. The range plugs into a 120-volt outlet, making it an option for gas-to-electric kitchen conversions where adding a 240-volt circuit would complicate the project.
